01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JJ Game website at jjgame.win, downloading the JJ Game Android app, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on JJ Game. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your real name, valid mobile number, and any additional details requested during registration or verification. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JJ Game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. 04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances on JJ Game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion on this platform.

JJ Game accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly through the JJ Game cashier
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via the integrated Easypaisa flow
• Raast — SBP's instant bank-to-bank transfer system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers in PKR
• Debit Cards and mobile wallets — as supported and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit

Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered account identity, JJ Game reserves the right to hold or return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change. JJ Game does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside JJ Game's control.

Deposits made using bonus funds or funds received from another JJ Game player are not eligible for promotional matching or cashback.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your registered identity. JJ Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirement attached to bonus funds currently held in your account. Real-money deposits without active bonuses can be withdrawn subject only to the standard verification process.

JJ Game aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines advertised in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Actual receipt times depend on the payment channel: JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the receiving bank.

JJ Game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing. Providing clear, valid documentation promptly is the fastest way to complete the process.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. JJ Game does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion.
• Each player may claim each offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring (such as a daily or weekly offer).
• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its promotion terms.
• The daily cashback programme at JJ Game carries no wagering requirement — cashback is credited as real-money balance.
• Tournament prizes from fish game weekly tournaments are credited as real-money balance with no wagering requirement unless the tournament terms specify otherwise.
• JJ Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in its original form will have their bonus honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming.
• Suspected abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering to meet requirements without genuine play, will result in bonus removal and may lead to account suspension.

07 Games & Sports Betting

JJ Game offers fish shooting games, slots, live casino tables, and a sports betting section covering cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other markets. The availability of specific games or markets may vary and JJ Game reserves the right to add, remove or modify any game or betting market at any time without prior notice.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino tables, by the live dealing process. JJ Game does not manipulate game results.

For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. JJ Game reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical errors.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules published in the Sports section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market are applied and displayed before placement. JJ Game may lower individual player betting limits at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, use of prohibited bet timing software, or coordinated bet placement to guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts constitutes prohibited conduct.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JJ Game and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred for further action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification
• Using payment methods registered to another person
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in fish tournaments or table games
